Saturday school
What is it?
This is the cornerstone of Learn With Nicole. The goal is to gather a group of students ranging in ages from 8-15 who need some extra help. The group approach allows us to work on various academic skills, partner work, collaborative learning, and other skills to help catch your child up and develop the skills to get ahead.
As this project gets started, Nicole will be working with groups of students on core subject areas: reading, writing, math. As the project develops and the clientele shifts, there may be the development of a group consisting of older learners focusing on test taking strategies, homeworking skills, essay editing and writing, etc.
The goal here is to work on Saturdays with students to help them catch up and get ahead. The environment will be light and fun, but it will also be rigorous and challenging .
Zoom tutoring
1 hour session
Using Zoom, we can connect during the week or on a weekend depending on scheduling. There are limited spots available.
In-Person tutoring
1 hour session
Bring your student to my house for a 1-hour tutoring session. Parents must stay with their child during this time. There are limited spots available.
